Just tried to grab "Draining Swipe" from the Savagery tree on my Marauder (Lvl 22), but the skill doesn't show up in my skillbar/tab.
Getting "Guillotine" or "Wave of Mutilation" works fine.

Probably related to 0019795

Hey,

the skill is actually available with lvl 29. Im pretty sure it will be fixed with the ability rework.
