Summary	0020827: Extra Choppin', choppa tactic and slayer Accuray tactic bugged.
Description	Reporter: Wraxin Never used this tactic before Skaven event sc. Tested it now, tactic not decrase any dmg on both: choppa and slayer. Bug with lower dmg on lottsa choppin that i report 2years ago still same.
