**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Expected behavior: pass it on tactic appears in my ability menu and in my tactics slot after being selected.

Actual behavior: pass it on tactic does not appear in my ability menu or tactics slot after being selected.



**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
-/reloaded
-restarted game
-taken off +1 path of mork gear
-disabled addons

The tactic is available with lvl 27. You can check the career builder here: https://builder.returnofreckoning.com/career/shaman

This will be adjusted with the upcoming ability fix.

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. If it is not please reopen the ticket.
