**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
When clicking the Trial Stone, an NPC is supposed to spawn nearby.
BUT It's not possible to interact with the stone.
I'm not 100% certain what happened, I was in a group with other people who may have clicked the stone - I'm aware there's a game-wide issue where allies completing quest steps will complete yours in your journal but not give you any effect that happened when they INTERACTED with whatever it was. For example, you won't get the offer of a follow up if your friend does the interacting, but THEY will - so you have to also repeat that step yourself, even though it looks to be complete in your journal.
It's possible that this has happened - as you can see, my journal states that the Azyr Trial Stone has been interacted with, but I don't _think_ I did that, and it's no longer possible to interact with it.
