**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**

Influence gained in Butcher's Pass should count to weekly quest. So far, it only shows influence in the logs, even though I am already maxed out on influence in the zone (which is a unusual behaviour) and does not count towards the weekly quest. I could only observe this behaviour in Butcher's Pass. Also only checked on one character and on order side yet.


**Steps to reproduce the problem:**

1. Go to Butcher's Pass.
2. Weekly is not yet completed.
3. Kill a destro / end the fort with a reward.
4. Gain no progress to your weekly.

I definitely got progress for my weekly in the maw. Also no false chat notices about influence progress in the zone there.

Just was in Butcher's Pass, got influence even though it is already full:

Weekly is already done, but in that state it doesnt count to the weekly rvr quest.

I just noticed, I'm not sure if that is common, but the reward i got for the fort, was sent to me as "public quest" reward and without a subject (was a gold bag).
