**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
We encountered an issue in the last city (30.05.2023, 10 pm), that member of my party used army recall after stage 1 and instead of the spawn, he was sent to altdorf and got a quitter debuff for 30 minutes. We've encountered that issue before in dungeons walking through portals, but that happening in a city certainly crossed a line where it is not just a nuisance anymore.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
1. Use army recall after stage ended.
2. There is a low chance you are sent to Altdorf (or maybe your book of binding location, not sure which).
