**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Expect to be linked to pictures of Kossar's Helm when clicking the link of the same name in the highlights window of the launcher.
Actual: a wordpad (?) window opens with several lines of exception coding. Clicking the "OK" button lower right/clicking the "close" (X) button closes wordpad window and launcher. Reopening launcher starts at beginning of manifest download no matter where one is when it crashes.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Left click "Kossar's Helm" link in text within Highlights window of launcher while data is being downloaded to one's respective rig.
