0020998: Twilight ring wont upgrade to the final stage

Twilight ring wont upgrade to the final stage (iron/diamond)even though I have all the requierd material. Vendor says I don't meet the requiremets for the ring. I have a different ring (Iron/Amithyst) that had no issues upgrading to the final stage.
Note that game critical and game breaking bugs may award a manticore/griffon (realm specific) at the leads discretion however, asking for one instantly disqualifies you from this reward.
