Summary	0020999: [Black Orc] Warbellows trigger, but without any effort
Description	Reporter: ef1895 Twilight ring wont upgrade to the final stage (iron/diamond)even though I have all the requierd material. Vendor says I don't meet the requiremets for the ring. I have a different ring (Iron/Amithyst) that had no issues upgrading to the final stage.
