| Summary | 0021074: [KOTBS] Hunter Boots do not unlock the first Recruit's Ward Fragment |

| Description | I got and equipped the boot part of the Hunter set on my KOTBS (Hunter's Greaves) but did not unlock the corresponding ward fragment.
I have tried to un/re-equip, and to log out/back in.
I am also unable to equip boots which require that ward. |

2. Finish the Hunter quests (nordland or dwarf, cant recall which
