| Summary | 0021124: Rollback compensation not received due to renaming my character | ||||
| Description | My White Lion named Choppabully did not receive the rollback compensation at all even if I was active on him during rollback week. My other RP (Bjornmagni) received the compensation, even if I was mildly active with him. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Boot Return of Reckoning and login into the account. Reach the main menu and select the WL character named Choppabully. Press play and reach the gameplay section of the app. Open the mailbox in the day of the rollback. Notice that there is no mail tight to any compensation on Choppabully WL. | ||||
| Additional Information | Before the rollback, my White Lion was named Spinbydaylight. I was active with him in the period of the rollback. Shortly after the rollback occured, I renamed my WL into Choppabully. After receiving the compensation on my other character tied to the account (Bjornmagni - RP), I logged into the WL to check and received nothing. Could it be tied to the fact that I renamed? Still, I don't think it's fair to prevent me from receiving the compensation due to a rename, if that is the case. account name: eusuntchoppabully | ||||
