| Description | Rerolled my choppa, Bophides, because he was 29/29. Stripped the toon, sold off everything I didn't want and emailed to another toon Ormstunga (same account). Deleted and rerolled Bophides. Relogged Ormstunga and hit the "return to sender" button for all 3 emails. Nothing has returned to Bophides. I'm missing roughly 65ish gold, mats, gear, talis etc. Appreciate your help in this, thank you. | ||||

| Is anyone even going to look into this? Its been almost a month and other newer tickets are being addressed in front of it. This is all from the rollback; if nothing is going to be done about it, please let me know so I can stop waiting for assistance. | |

We are sorry to hear items have disappeared from your characters. Unfortunately the Team is unable to refund missing items. In this case what happened is that while your new character had the same name, that is not how mails are delivered, but through character ids. |
