Summary	0021173: Ability Test - PTS Squig Herder Summon Squig
Description	"Summon Squig" (the basic squig) does not work as stated in the tooltip. "When you are dealt damage, there is a 25% chance that 50% of the damage is dealt to your Basic Squig if within 45ft" does not work.
Steps To Reproduce	Summon basic squig on pts, gather few mobs and let them hit you until you realize that it is, in fact, not working.
