Summary	0021205: Zealot's Transference tactic doesn't work with Wind of Insanity.
Description	Zealot's Transference tactic doesn't work with Wind of Insanity. Should heal based on damage inflicted, don't work at all. Similar AoE ability Chaotic Agitation works properly with tactic and provide heal.
