| Description | The DoT part of Rend seems to be hitting very hard, not sure if this is a bug or intended but im getting crit ticks for around 1000-1300 on the training constructs in IC. looking at the combatlogg it seems to be rend doubledipping on the tactic Piercing Bite, |

| Steps To Reproduce | Try rend on target construct, check dmg, equip tactic Piercing Bite and try again. Piercing Bite seem to reduce the armor of the target by 50% or so for the DoT part of rend. |
