Description | Instead of 0.20 (1/5) TOU to mitigation conversion, on the PTS the multiplier is 0.15 The attached image is for tests vs the lvl 40 giant hero under west Sac wing but all other tests verified it | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | -lvl 40 BG vs various lvl 40 mobs -Unequip all armor -Check mitigation value on auto attacks of enemy -Repeat for various TOU values -Plot it against bg's TOU -extract scaling factor | ||||

That would be actually more of an improvement than an issue. Tough is too strong on live. | |
.1 (Toughness/Strength modifier with auto-attacks) * 1.5 (typical auto-attack speed modifier) = .15 Seems like this is working exactly as intended. |

Toughness debuff on enemy gives same DPS increase as str buff on self, so working as intended. Really simple to test on DoK, Kotbs or Chosen that have both str & toughness buffs/debuffs |
