Summary0021270: Engineer - Damage lower
DescriptionThere are several abilities that do lower damage on the PST than on LIVE. The damage difference is around 10-30%.

I've noticed it on:
- Phosphorous Shells
- Napalm
- Incendiary Rounds

Not all abilities are affected. Acid Bomb and Fragmentation Grenade for example do identical damage.

Steps To Reproduce1. Use a naked Engineer with only Fortress Weapon
2. Spec mid tree up to Napalm, Spec right tree up to tracer rounds
3. Use mentioned abilities on Training Construct in Altdorf
4. Run the same test on LIVE and PST to see the differences

Screenshots 1-3 are with similar gear. Both with bloodlord. Screenshots 4-5 are without gear and identical stats.

Phosphorous Shells and firestorm of tzeentch looks like they had damage buffed on ror at some point compared to 1.4.8 version. Buffed the PTS damage there to match current RoR version.

Napalm is already in patch notes that it is returned to 1.4.8 version, but can crit etc.

Not sure with incendiary rounds, they have same tooltip damage, so looks like it is bugged in current RoR version.
