| Description | I think that is a general issue in the new ability system.
When you start casting an ability with a cooldown then move a bit to interrupt the cast then the ability goes on cooldown with firing. |

| Steps To Reproduce | It seems to happen more frequently after a fresh login.
1. log out and in again
2. without being in combat start casting crack shot or snipe on a target then move little bit to interrupt it
3. try multiple times: start case, move a bit. You should be able to get the cooldown bug. |
