Summary | 0021286: AM/Shaman - +35% heal tactic too strong
Description | Overall the damage is going down with the ability overhaul. A lot of abilities had their multiplier decreased. How does a +35% buffs to all heals fit into this (AM/Shamans with tactic)? Healing is pretty strong already on live and there are cities/scenarios/ranked matches where nobody is dying. +35% healing on all abilities (-15% on yourself) is huge. Hots crit ticking for about 1k with it. Imaging warbands with healers hotting the front line. How do you wanna kill them when they have multiple hots ticking with up to 1k on them? It's already hard enough to kill a premade warband. That's the wrong direction we are heading. RoR has also added the two additional targets to the single hot. That was not in any live version. I'd suggest to keep the additional target hotting but remove the +35%/-15% healing tactic again. It's too strong.
