Fixed AP cost. Classing it as a direct heal seems odd. Sounds like a bug. |

Reopened to add note; EOV/Fodg live functions like this: Hits max 5 enemy targets, counts as direct dmg. Cannot magic crit, scales with int (0.2). 50% of the dmg goes into the heal and does not count as a lifetap. Heal Hits max 24 friendly targets, counts as a direct heal. Has a base heal of about 1125 (even if fully blocked). Can heal crit, and is treated as a normal heal (reduced by heal debuff and improves by heal bonus) It needs to be direct as otherwise you won't have AP, since up to 50% of casts are EoV (and the majority of the rest are indirect/nonheals). Also needed for morale pump, since the tactic got changed. |

Right, bolstering boon currently procs from EoV. Well, changing it to a direct heal to match current then. |
