Summary	0021338: Potions do not persist after logging out
Description	On live potions will stay until timer expire, unaffected by when logged out, meaning crashes, etc. does not remove the potion. on PTR the potions get removed once logged out.
Steps To Reproduce	drink potions, log out, log in.
