Summary	0021359: PTS - Being mounted makes you unable to use Scroll of the Inevitable City
Description	Tested on "Dark Blue Chosen Steed" and Chosen It is greyed out on the ability bars similarly to the Mount icon and pots. The former 2 categories work even if greyed out.
Steps To Reproduce	-Mount up -Try to use Scroll of the Inevitable City from bag/ability bar
