Summary	0021368: CR Level 25 RR Level 21 Unable to Equip My Gear
Description	I was playing SC and noticed I was getting killed unusually quickly. Something seemed off. I took off a piece of my gear, and now when I try to re-equip it, I get a warning that "You need to be a higher rank to use that item". I tried that with other pieces of my gear to the same result.
