Summary0021396: Flames of Rhuin BW buff doesn't work for allies
DescriptionThe Flames of Rhuin BW buff (25% chance to deal x damage on hit with your abilities) works for the caster, but not for the BWs party members.

I'd imagine the same goes for Flame Shield but haven't yet had a chance to test it.
Steps To ReproduceGet Flames of Rhuin buff from BW -> Tried using every single ability in my git for a proc for 1+ minute
