Summary	0021397: WP Tactic - Greave of Sigmar - Not functioning versus Players
Description	WP tactic Greave of Sigmar is not correctly applying the Sigmar's Fist debuff to enemy players which reduces their Strength and Toughness, nor is the Toughness portion of the tactic applying to the Sigmar's Fist buff.
