0021405: Inevitable Doom now incorrectly stacks twice on a target
Description
When using the short temper tactic inevitable doom is able to stack twice on a target if the timer left on inevitable doom is 4 seconds or less. This also occurs with whispering winds. Additionally, inevitable doom is NOT proccing reckless gamble at all, or flames of rhuin, or prayer of righteousness.
Steps To Reproduce
use the short temper tactic, get to full berserk, spam ID on target.
