Description	Swordmaster's ability Gusting Wind is not knocking down monsters.
Steps To Reproduce	Use stance 3 ability Gusting Wind on monsters and they do not get knocked down.

sativagreen 2024-01-23 17:50 reporter ~0042246	Recent patch made it where Gusting Wind and the new SM ability Mighty Gale are not knocking down monsters. Something seems going on with the abilities that function as "Knockback against players but Knockdown against monsters".
