On "live ror" version my flash heal (any heal on that matter) tooltip shows 609 but when use it at combat log heal for 617. At test ror if shows 609 and heal for 609. No idea from where the drop comes but at test you got some relativity miror heal drop on all healing

load ror live check heal tooltip then heal and check combat log. do the same at ror test

may be that is fix instead of bug no idea but the fact is that there is heal drop
