I can confirm that.
Right id Da Jibblies knockback give immunity, at least buffhead shows it.
Checked on training statue.

It only gave immunities to NPCs knocked down or players if using the Mor Hardcore tactic.

But changed the NPC KD to only apply if the Mor Hardcore tactic is slotted
