Summary0021472: Chosen - Hastened Dismissal no longer working
DescriptionI have Hastened Dismissal currently slotted on my Chosen but when I go to punt someone, they are getting punted as if I don't have the tactic slotted. They are getting punted maybe 5 to 10 feet when it was twice that distance before
Steps To ReproduceThere are no real steps to reproduce. Slot the tactic and punt someone.

It was increasing KB power compared to without tactic, but was using patch 1.4.8 values for it. Changed to the RoR modified values now.
