| Description | Heart of Decay item gives the "You are now a Plaguebearer!" buff with associated buff icon, but the appearance does not change, so in fact no Plaguebearer. Tested out of combat in Altdorf city. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Have Heart of Decay event item Click on it Get the "You are now a Plaguebearer!" buff and message | ||||
| Additional Information | Also tested with Call of the North item, "You are now a bear!" does work and transforms into a bear. | ||||
