| Description | Was testing Focused Ofense tactics on SM. Was hiting Trainin construct with Ensorcelled Blow. Without tactics non crits were hiting fpr 351 dmg. With tactics sloted it was hiting for 367 dmg. So it looks like no 15% was added but rather 15 flat damage(a6 actualy, but mby numbers get rounded). |

| Additional Information | Tested it on Chosen with Ravage skill and numbers for non crits were 323 without FO sloted and 371 with FO sloted, which is exectly 14.9% dmg boost. as expected. |
