Summary	0021527: PTS - Swift Strikes cast bar
Description	Hej, SW's Swift Strikes always display a 5s long cast/channel bar. This should only be the case if used during VoN(3s otherwise). What happens when VoN isnt active is that the channel will auto-cancel after its intended 3s cast, ending the 5s bar short. /Bejk
Steps To Reproduce	Use Swift Striked with VoN. Use Swift Strikes without VoN. Compare actual channel duration with duration displayed by cast bar.

dalen 2023-12-01 11:02 manager ~0040489	I don't think this is fixable without redesigning this VoN modifier. The client figures out the cast time based on the ability data. And as it has one 3s version and one 5s version the client always picks the longest one as the presumed cast time.
