Summary	0021537: AOE too big
Description	AOE spells have a larger area than on the live version. Tested with BW & Magus
Steps To Reproduce	Use fireball barrage on the dummy shown in pic. Live vs Test you hit targets farther away.

dalen 2023-12-04 15:05 manager ~0040632	Looked into the details of this in old ability system. And it is inconsistent and buggy in how it calculates radius. Slightly tweaked it in new, but it will end up being different to the old as we don't want to keep those bugs around.
