Description	Previously fixxed for RP Currently bugged for Shammy and Chosen, not SH All classes need tto be tested and fixing on this issue
Steps To Reproduce	Equip one of those rings as Shammy/Chosen Press flee and watch AP bar

dalen 2023-12-04 20:02 manager ~0040646	I can't reproduce this on any class, unless I spec Improved Flee. Did you have that by any chance?
