Summary	0021578: AAO buff / debuff does not seem to apply
Description	State of Realm shows order e.g. having 40% AAO, but when in the lakes I have no buff and when targeting allies / enemies I see they have no buff or debuff either. ]getstats shows no renown increase. Others in region also reported no buff.
