Your avoidance rates aren't that high, and there are debuffs that lower your avoidance anyways (plus strikethrough). I'll test again, but I haven't noticed any issues with my WP. |

Before patch I could easily stand and block lots of attacks. My WSCT was flooding with block. Now I barely see it. Only when guarding someone I get fair block rate. |

Tested on mobs, weirdly I get more parry then block. |

Tested a bit more and have no idea what's going on. Other engagement there was less parry. Before patch everything looked logical and behavior between mobs and players was same. Now it seems strike-throughs calculated differently and players mostly don't care about block or parry. |
