| Description | It seems AP does not regenerate at all (including from items) when channeling a skill that costs AP. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Spam a regular ability while wearing AP regen gear. Notice you get small ticks of AP during the GCD window from your gear even when the normal AP regen during GCD is disabled.
Now try a channeled ability - you will not receive any AP ticks at all for the duration of the channel.
