Summary	0021641: Archmage "Apotheosis" Tactic not appearing.
Description	Putting points into Path of Isha and selecting Apotheosis does not make it appear in the Tactics tab of the Abilities window. Respeccing, relogging and relaunching the game does not fix the issue.
Steps To Reproduce	- Put enough points into Path of Isha - Choose Apotheosis - Train - Check Tactics tab of Abilities
