Summary0021649: WE - Witchbrew Can Stack Indefinitely
DescriptionThis is Echo. Although it pains me to report this, WB is currently broken on Live. You can stack it unlimitedly so that each instance of it applies the WB bonus damage. The images here should make it clear what I mean without needing more text than this.

The reason this is a big deal is because I just 1-shot someone without knowing, so went to test it and confirmed what was happening :).
Steps To ReproduceGet a few blood lust, pop WB
Wait until WB is off CD
Get a few more blood lust, pop WB again
Repeat to up to 3-4 times.
Attack something
Every instance of WB hits the target (like, 2k damage on 1 attack not counting the auto or the ability dmg)
