Thanks for the test Tastykate the issue is that the cooldown should be 5 seconds with that tactic, not 10. |

This isn't supposed to change the cooldown. From tooltip: > Boiling Blood's Willpower debuff is increased to 360 for 5 seconds and will deal 941 Corporeal damage at the end of the debuff duration. Nothing about cooldown there. |

Forgive me it wasn't the cooldown that was set to 5 seconds (That is correctly 10s) it was the ability. So when triggered the ability triggered after 5 seconds, currently on live its 10 secs. |

Update - removing the tactic manually and re-equipping resolves this. This can now be closed. |
