Summary	0021677: WP Sigmar's Wrath cooldown reduction stacking with Whispering Wind
Description	Warrior Priest's Sigmar's Wrath cooldown reduction is stacking with Swordmaster's Whispering Wind. They are both abilities and should not stack. Screenshot shows no cooldown on Absence of Faith with both effects up, meaning it went from 10s cooldown to 0s cooldown.

Aethilmar 2023-12-13 02:55 reporter ~0041586	Additionally Whispering Wind stacks with itself. I was in a two Swordmaster party and when we both set off Whispering Wind the cooldown on Protection of Hoeth went down to zero i.e. it was constantly spammable. I would not be surprised if all the CD reducers are acting the same.
