Description	Disciple of Khaine's Drowning in Blood cooldown reduction is stacking with Choppa's Chop Fasta! They are both abilities and should not stack. Screenshot shows no cooldown on Flay with both effects up, meaning it went from 10s cooldown to 0s cooldown.
