Summary	0021775: Shadow prowler can be interrupted by any directional ability
Description	Hi guys. This time the problem arose with Shadow Prowler. Now any directional ability (DOT ability) can interrupt cast Shadow Prowler. Previously, only direct damage abilities could interrupt the cast of Shadow Prowler, but now DOTs too.
Steps To Reproduce	To reproduce the problem, you need the Archmage to start throwing DOTs effects on you during the Shadow Prowler cast.
