Summary	0021787: duplicate DoT on tiger type mob in Reikland
Description	Both "Reikland prowler" and "Reikland hunter" mobs in Reikland have the same DoT ability twice but with a different name, resulting in them being able to stack the damage twice. Abilities are "Hallow wound" and "Raking claws". Maybe it's intended so they can stack the DoT twice ? But it rather look like an issue when renaming / changing the id of the ability but not removing the other one.
Steps To Reproduce	Fight a "Reikland hunter" or a "Reikland prowler" near the destro warcamp at Reikland
