Summary0021807: Pilfer proc can be blocked after patch.
DescriptionPilfer proc- on being hit 10% chance to steal 150 hp from the attacker.

Was undefendable before patch (same as all on being hit procs as far as I'm aware), can be blocked after patch- see screenshot attached, at 00:45:28.
Steps To ReproduceGet hit while having weapon with Pilfer proc equipped.
