Summary	0021815: Damage Procs on Stagger Break Stagger
Description	If any staggering ability procs a subsequent dmg ability, then stagger is immediately broken.
Steps To Reproduce	For example, have buff like BW Flames of Rhuin or WP Prayer of Righteousness. Use stagger. If damage proc, stagger breaks instantly.

Butlow 2023-12-18 14:12 reporter ~0041780	Hello, Especially with BW using 75% proc rate tactic, almost all staggers are instantly removed. And since removing debuff manually doesn't always work, it is a pain in the ass to stagger someone in a party.
