I believe this is common for both SW and SH. As well as self punt on WE and WH. Is it not depended on an opponent being within 30 feet of you when using it? Just adding a pointer. It's been like this with self punts for a long time.

The bug report is about "Squig Leap" aka 45 ft jump, and not "Sticky Squigz", the backwards self-punt (which is tied to an enemy being in 30 ft range).
