Description	As the first PQ new players come across, this feels a bit excessive as you can't cast anything for 10 seconds.

dalen 2023-12-18 10:41 manager ~0041769	It has no AP drain ability. It has a 10s -25 AP regen debuff. Changing that to only be applied on chaos giants of lvl 10+, as low level players can't cleanse it.
