Summary	0021852: Trial by Pain Bullets Proc
Description	Trial by Pain procs your bullets effect only at the very last two hits of the channel. Before the patch it procced them at the first hit and the last hit.
Steps To Reproduce	Apply any Bullets buff, use Trial by Pain on a target.

gersy 2023-12-18 17:26 reporter ~0041786	It has always procced 2, one at the beginning and one at the end, as mentioned. Irregardless it would still be more logical for it to proc the bullet on the first successful hit of the execution than at the end.
